RECIPE for the ORIGINAL GREEN SMOOTHIE

1 C Rice Milk   
1/2 C Soy Milk
1/2 C Just Juice
1/2 C Acidophilus Yoghurt (with live active cultures)
Small Bunch Spinach Leaves
Parsley
2 Kiwifruit
1 Banana
3 Mandarins
Tbsp Lecithin
Tbsp Flax Oil
Tbsp Ground Linseed
1 Scoop Amino Charge
2 squirts of Amino Charge Regulator
2 Scoops of Vanilla Flavoured Whey Protein

Just whiz it all in the blender. If thereís any leftover then save it in the fridge for when you feel like something sweet later.
